Documents required

  1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, with at least 2 blank visa pages
  2. Visa application form
  3. Recent colour photograph — 1 photo, white background, taken within the last 6 months
  4. Confirmed return or onward flight reservation
  5. Hotel booking for the entire stay (or invitation letter from your host with their ID and address proof)
  6. Personal bank statements for the last 6 months, signed & stamped by the bank, showing sufficient funds for the trip
  7. Proof of occupation — Employed: employer NOC / leave approval and last 3 months' salary slips; Self-employed: GST / Udyam / company registration; Students: bonafide certificate or NOC; Retired: pension proof

Important Notes

  • India requires a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate from travellers arriving from this country — get vaccinated at an authorised centre at least 10 days before departure, or you may be quarantined on return.
