  1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, with at least 2 blank visa pages
  2. Visa application form, signed
  3. Recent colour photograph — 1 photo, 3.9 × 3.1 cm, white background, white background, taken within the last 6 months
  4. Bank statements for the last 6 months showing the minimum average balance required by the Embassy
  5. Income Tax Return acknowledgements (ITR-V) for the last 2 assessment years, or Form 16
  6. Proof of occupation — Employed: employer NOC / leave approval and last 3 months' salary slips; Self-employed: GST / Udyam / company registration; Students: bonafide certificate or NOC; Retired: pension proof
  7. Confirmed return or onward flight reservation
  8. Hotel booking for the entire stay (or invitation letter from your host with their ID and address proof)
