We provide tourist, business and e-visa assistance for 90+ countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, the Americas and Oceania. Browse our Countries page for the full list.
Processing time depends on the destination and visa type — e-visas typically take 3-5 working days, while appointment-based visas like the Schengen, UK, USA or Canada can take 2-4 weeks including appointment wait times.
No agency can guarantee visa approval as the final decision rests solely with the embassy or consulate. We maximise your chances of approval through accurate documentation, application review and process guidance.
Common requirements include a valid passport, passport-size photographs, proof of funds, travel itinerary, accommodation proof and, for business travel, an invitation letter. Exact requirements vary by country and visa type — we provide a tailored checklist for your destination.

For Schengen, UK, US, Canada and other embassy-based visas, start 6–8 weeks before travel (Schengen applications can be lodged up to 6 months ahead). For e-visas and ETAs, 1–2 weeks is usually enough, though some — like Kenya's eTA — can be filed up to 90 days ahead.
A sticker (regular) visa is applied for through the embassy or its visa application centre — usually with an appointment, biometrics and your original passport — and is stamped or pasted into your passport. An e-visa (or electronic travel authorisation, such as the Kenya eTA) is applied for and approved entirely online; you simply carry a printout or digital copy when you travel.
It is mandatory for Schengen visas (minimum €30,000 medical cover), and for countries such as Georgia, Cuba, Ecuador, Russia (e-visa) and Zanzibar. For other destinations it is strongly recommended.
India requires a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate from travellers returning from yellow-fever-risk countries in Africa and South America (for example Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Nigeria, Brazil and Colombia). Some of these countries also require it for entry. Get vaccinated at least 10 days before departure.
Apostille is a single MEA certification accepted by all Hague Convention member countries. Countries that are not Hague members (such as the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait) instead need attestation — a chain of State/HRD, MEA and embassy legalisation.
