  5. Covering letter signed by the applicant stating the purpose of visit, travel dates, itinerary and who is funding the trip
  6. Confirmed return or onward flight reservation
  7. Hotel booking for the entire stay (or invitation letter from your host with their ID and address proof)
  8. Personal bank statements for the last 6 months, signed & stamped by the bank, showing sufficient funds for the trip
  9. Income Tax Return acknowledgements (ITR-V) for the last 3 assessment years, or Form 16
  10. Proof of occupation — Employed: employer NOC / leave approval and last 3 months' salary slips; Self-employed: GST / Udyam / company registration; Students: bonafide certificate or NOC; Retired: pension proof
  11. Travel medical insurance valid in Türkiye for the entire stay
