  1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, with at least 2 blank visa pages
  2. All previous passports (if any), including earlier visas and travel history
  3. Signed AVATS application summary sheet
  4. Recent colour photograph — 2 photos, 35 × 45 mm, white background, taken within the last 6 months
  5. Signed application letter stating the reason for visit, dates, who is paying and a commitment to leave Ireland
  6. Personal bank statements for the last 6 months, signed & stamped by the bank, showing sufficient funds for the trip
  7. Proof of occupation — Employed: employer NOC / leave approval and last 3 months' salary slips; Self-employed: GST / Udyam / company registration; Students: bonafide certificate or NOC; Retired: pension proof
  8. Hotel booking for the entire stay (or invitation letter from your host with their ID and address proof)
  9. Confirmed return or onward flight reservation
  10. Travel medical insurance valid in Ireland for the entire stay
  11. Details of any previous visa refusals (any country)

  6. Indian company registration proof (Certificate of Incorporation / GST registration) and last 6 months' company bank statement
  7. Personal bank statements for the last 6 months, signed & stamped by the bank, showing sufficient funds for the trip
  8. Confirmed return or onward flight reservation
  9. Hotel booking for the entire stay (or invitation letter from your host with their ID and address proof)
