Documents required

  1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival, with at least 2 blank visa pages
  2. Visa application form, signed
  3. Recent colour photograph — 2 photos, 35 × 45 mm, white background, taken within the last 6 months
  4. Covering letter signed by the applicant stating the purpose of visit, travel dates, itinerary and who is funding the trip
  5. Confirmed return or onward flight reservation
  6. Hotel booking for the entire stay (or invitation letter from your host with their ID and address proof)
  7. Travel medical insurance (minimum €30,000)
  8. Personal bank statements for the last 6 months, signed & stamped by the bank, showing sufficient funds for the trip
  9. Income Tax Return acknowledgements (ITR-V) for the last 3 assessment years, or Form 16
  10. Proof of occupation — Employed: employer NOC / leave approval and last 3 months' salary slips; Self-employed: GST / Udyam / company registration; Students: bonafide certificate or NOC; Retired: pension proof

  6. Indian company registration proof (Certificate of Incorporation / GST registration) and last 6 months' company bank statement
  7. Travel medical insurance
